Join us on January 22th, from 18:00 - 21:30, for a special 3.5-hour immersive workshop designed to elevate your heart, body, and spirit through the transformative power of cacao and breathwork. Led by experienced facilitators Anders Lorentz and Kate Aura, this evening is a unique opportunity to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with yourself and others in a safe, supportive space.

What to Expect:

• Cacao Ceremony: We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao drink, allowing you to open your heart and set your intentions. Used for centuries by indigenous cultures, cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that supports emotional release, heart-centered connection, and grounding.

• Guided Breathwork: After the cacao ceremony, Anders and Kate will guide you through a powerful breathwork journey designed to deepen your self-awareness and release emotional or energetic blocks. Breathwork is a profoundly healing practice that uses conscious breathing to calm the mind, release stored tension, and access deeper states of consciousness.

• Integration & Sharing Circle: We’ll close with a grounding circle where you can reflect on your experience, share insights, and connect with others in the group.
